About Me
The Journey
Bucharest-London
My name is Costin Dobrescu. I was born in Bucharest, Romania, where my way of seeing the world was first shaped. I studied journalism, learning how to listen, observe, and find meaning in real moments and real people.
When I moved to London, I found my visual voice. Surrounded by constant movement and diversity, photography and video became my way of expressing what words could no longer fully capture. I was drawn to emotion, light, and the quiet details that tell the deepest stories.
My work is guided by authenticity and feeling. I don’t chase perfection — I look for truth. Every image and every frame is about connection, atmosphere, and honesty.
This journey from Bucharest to London continues to shape who I am and how I create.
